In the last year they have jacked their rates up after buying out their competition. And here they are again, further consolidating a market they already own most of. They quoted us over $25,000 for the same service that used to cost us $1,900, with no changes to the product offer. It’s been extremely disappointing to see no coverage of these actions, despite it being no secret. I understand they probably pay a lot for sponsorship and you don’t want negative attention on the industry, but at what point does it stop being actual news coverage and start just being a dolled up press release from an industry association?
