Let’s look at recent history, air conditioning company Carrier was pushed to keep it’s plant open in the U.S. to “save jobs”, final analysis, after the election cycle, Carrier moved manufacturing to Mexico which is the (eighth) Carrier plant in Mexico. Recent announcement 187 year old company John Deere has announced closing plants in the U.S. and moving manufacturing to Mexico by 2026. It will be interesting to see what happens after this voting cycle and which established U.S. manufacturers cease to be or move out of the U.S..
